3. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are provided based on the details supplied by the client.

  • Prices may change if the actual condition or size of the property differs from the information provided.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • SHM Cleaning reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

  • Accepted payment methods will be advised at the time of booking.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify SHM Cleaning within 24 hours of completion. We will arrange a re-clean where reasonably required.

7. Access and Safety

  • Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

  • SHM Cleaning is not responsible for delays or incomplete services due to denied access or unsafe conditions.

8. Damage and Liability

While all care is taken, SHM Cleaning is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Faulty or fragile items

Any damage caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

9. Insurance

SHM Cleaning maintains appropriate insurance coverage in accordance with Australian requirements.

10. Changes to Terms

SHM Cleaning may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law
